Billing is by the 1/4 hr
Base Rates, 9-5 M-F
Standard Office: $124/hr
Small Office (8 or fewer people) and/or Non-Profit: $104/hr
Off-hour Rates
Off-hour (7-9am, 5-7pm): 125% of base rate
Way off-hour (7pm-7am, all day Sat, Sun, Holidays): 150% of base rate
Travel Charges and On-Site Minimums
Oakland, Berkeley, San Leandro, El Cerrito: No travel charge; 1 hr minimum.
Surrounding vacinity: $40 travel charge, 1hr minimum.
Outside Alameda, San Francisco, Contra Costa, Marin counties: One-way travel time plus 4hr on-site minimum.
Special Projects
For larger, well-defined projects where I can estimate and control the risk, I may offer not-to-exceed pricing upon request.
